What we collect, why, and what we do not have.
What we collect
To handle an order: your email, your name and your shipping address. You give them on the payment page, and we pass them to the partner who prints and ships your parcel — that is the only way it reaches you.
What we do not have
Your card number. It is entered at Stripe, which never passes it to us — we receive a payment confirmation, not a payment method.
Analytics
We measure site traffic to know what visitors are interested in. If you arrive from an advert, the campaign identifier is kept with the order so we know which one worked.
Emails
We write to confirm your order and to tell you when it ships. If you leave your email without finishing your order, we may write once to remind you; every message carries an unsubscribe link.
Your rights
Email hello@black-haze.com to get a copy of what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We keep orders for as long as our accounting requires.
